if any of my 3 responding audience wants any recipes, let me know. i bought some pomegranates and i love them. like eating rubies with little crunchy centers. it's nice to know that they are sooo good for you, too.
my grandmother is doing much better now, and living back in her house.

2 lbs sweet onions, diced
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
3 Tbl flour
1 c sour cream
piecrust brushed with eggwash
1/2 t each salt & pepper
Parmesan cheese
cook onions and butter in a pot until soft and translucent. not browned. allow to cool.
combine eggs, sour cream, flour, S&P. fold in onion mixture. pour into piecrust, top with cheese. bake at 450 for 20 minutes, then at 325 until it is soft set in the middle. serve at room temp.
