bedposts and mousetraps

yesterday, i went to oma's (grandmother) house. she needed some mousetraps set in the garage and, after clearing out a cupboard aka mouse hilton, i set the traps. she asked me about her headboard, where a pin was coming loose; and i fixed that, too. we actually caught 2 mice, and the amazing thing is that she was impressed that i could set traps. even better, she told my husband she was even more impressed that i fixed her bed. feels good.
